1. Nora has a weakness for caramel.

2. When the twins were born, she was delighted to see that they'd both inherited Jothein's eyes.

3. When she first married Severin, Nora was a little worried that her kids and his kids might not get along. So far, that hasn't been the case.

4. Some of the noble social functions bore her somewhat, but she doesn't feel right about voicing that thought. She'd rather spend time with a small group of close friends than at an actual party.

5. If Severin is ever ill or away, chances are that Jadin will leave the lordly duties to Nora. She and Severin actually prefer it this way, since it gives her something to do and she does a better job of it than Jadin, but they wonder when the kid will ever learn.

6. She and Raia often go into town together. They get a kick out of telling people that they're stepmother and stepdaughter as well as sisters-in-law.

7. She loves her stepchildren, but she secretly fears that her own kids with Severin will end up being just as bratty as their half-siblings.

8. Nora and Severin have an understanding in regards to their previous spouses. There's little or no jealousy there. Jothein was the love of Nora's life and Alina was the same for Severin, but they don't dwell on this. They do still love each other and they're very happy together.

9. She never rode much as a child and a young teenager, but when she started, she picked it up very quickly.

10. She still doesn't feel completely at ease with the nobility and she doubts she ever will. This is probably Roderick and Laralita's fault.
