1. Thetis has a mean left hook, but she is unaware of her own strength.
2. Unlike many of her friends, Thetis doesn't feel as though she lives the same day over and over again--granted, living with Florian makes that difficult.
3. She doesn't care for horses much, especially after what happened to Byrn. She always worries about her children being around horses, and doesn't allow the younger ones to venture into the stables at all.
4. She can't hold her liquor--at all.
5. Thetis has incredible patience for embroidery, but gets bored with seams and leaves most of them for her daughters to take care of, much to Alyssin's former chagrin.
